Piranhas Winter 2026 Season, Session #1
Welcome to the Piranhas Swim Club 2026-2027 Winter Competitive Swimming Season - Session #1. You have reached our team's registration page successfully and the next steps will guide you through the 2026 Winter Session #1 Swim Team Registration process. We DID NOT RAISE FEES this session like many other activities have - in fact we LOWERED them by $10 per swimmer over the per swimmer cost for the Summer 2026 season !!!
When: Practices Will Be Held at the Inside Pool - Monday, September 14th and go through Saturday, December 12th, 2026
WHERE: INDOOR AT THE WARRENSBURG COMMUNITY CENTER POOL
Our practice schedule All Swimmers is as follows:
Monday - Thursday @ 7:00-8:15pm; (All Swimmers except the Pre Piranhas Squad)
Monday - Thursday @ 7:00-7:45pm (Pre-Piranhas Squad)
As with all Piranhas practices/seasons each swimmer can come to as many practices as they choose or as few. We do not take attendance. Our philosophy is that the more you participate the more you get out of the program. There are never BENCH-WARMERS on our Team!
Winter '25-26, Session #2: $235.00 covers up to 4 practices per week - AND.... a Community Center all access "Facilities Pass" while we are actively engaged in the season. All for $235 !!! We believe that pound for pound this is one of the BEST values in Youth Athletics - period ~! (if you do the math - - that's only $19.50 per week or $4.87 per practice!!)
** NOTE ** There are NO REFUNDS after Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026. All refunds will be Pro-Rated and may incur a $50 cancellation fee which will be held back from the refund amount (credit card processing fees can not be refunded).
This Winter we are going to continue the NEW pricing model we tried out in the past. A model that is geared at being VERY Family Friendly (discounts for larger swim families) !
#1. All swimmers will need to be active/have a 2026/2027 USA Swimming membership. This is an additional fee per swimmer (aprox. $85 for rest of 2026 and for all of 2027 (Full/Premium USA Membership). Swimmers (ages up to 12 years old) who don't plan on participating in larger or Championship meets have a less expensive option via FLEX Membership @$25 or Seasonal @$50) directly through USA Swimming (please don not try these on your own they will be handled as a group) and we will go over that process and help you complete this step at the Mandatory Parent Meeting the first week of practice - time TBD. We will also go over several other important "Team" items and meet schedules at this meeting.
#2. For Families with Multiple Kiddos, who are "Siblings" and who LIVE IN THE SAME HOME - the first “TWO” swimmers are normal Registration of $235.00; a 3rd swimmer is ONLY $115 and more than that are only $75 each!! We want large families to have a viable outlet for a Youth Activity where they learn a valuable life skill, have a Ton of Fun and where they know there are ZERO benchwarmers!!

ALL COMMUNICATION/ANNOUNCEMENTS this Winter (2026-2027) will go through the same platform/app the Warrensburg School District uses for all their activities... SPORTSYOU. We used this for our Winter seasons and its VERY good and EASY to use. It will be the ONLY way to get information and communication from our team! !!!! NOTE !!!! After you finish registration the black and white bar will spin while processing the registration. It DOES take several moments to complete that process. Be patient. After successful registration you will get a SUCCESS message and then receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL to your email on file.
ALSO... If you already have a SwimTopia login PLEASE use this LOGIN/PROFILE as it will pull your swimmer's information from our database and make check out easier, faster and MORE ACCURATE for us. Otherwise we have to merge old profiles with new ones !! It's a hassle, mess and results in your swimmer's Best Times in our database to be potentially lost!
