Entry Declaration is done exclusively through your SwimTopia Portal. Login as you did to sign up (your SwimTopia profile login info). DECLARE if you are attending or not attending the meet. You are welcome to “Suggest” events, but the coaches will meet Monday evening after practice to put the meet together and will make the final decision as to what event to swim. All swimmers who can swim at least one lap of the pool “unattended” can be entered into the meet. If in doubt ask one of your swimmer’s coaches what they think. Don’t be one of “those” parents and underestimate your kiddos ability here. If we think they can’t do it we will tell you. We believe the only way to learn is to DO!! Let’s have as many kiddos DOING as we can at this meet !!

Crash on the pool deck but leave areas around the pool open for coaches and officials. Bring pop up tents and such for shade. DO NOT be late as warm ups are short and our is the last one. We take attendance before warm up’s. If you are not in attendance roll call you will be scratched from your relay if entered - - which is the very first event. All competing swimmers MUST wear  the Black Team Swim Cap for race day. This is our team “Jersey”! If you need one reach out to Sheila Meloy next Monday at practice.
