Starting tonight (10/14) the NEW practice schedule STARTS!
It goes as follows (take note that ALL practices will now be in water exclusively. There will be NO dry-land for session 2 swimmers.
Monday/Wednesday: Sessions 1 & 2 will be combined … 7:30-8:20pm. (50min x2)
